1. Introduction  
These Terms govern your access to and use of Tabaldeena's website [www.Tabaldeena.com](http://www.Tabaldeena.com) and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these legally binding Terms.

2. Account Registration  
2.1 Buyers must:  
- Be of legal age in their country of residence  
- Provide a valid delivery address  
2.2 Sellers must:  
- Be registered legal entities  
- Provide current trade license and bank details  
- Submit identification for authorized representatives  

3. Orders & Payments  
3.1 Payment Methods:  
- Credit/debit cards  
- Wallet payments  
- Cash on delivery (max. EGP 10,000)  
3.2 Order Cancellation:  
- Buyers may cancel before shipment  
- We may cancel orders due to:  
  * Non-payment  
  * Bulk/multi-order purchases  
  * Unavailable stock  
  * Invalid delivery information  

4. Intellectual Property  
4.1 All Platform content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Tabaldeena or licensors.  
4.2 Unauthorized use of trademarks requires written permission.  

5. Liability Limitations  
5.1 We are not liable for:  
- Third-party seller products  
- Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss)  
- Events beyond our control (force majeure)  
5.2 Maximum liability: EGP 300 or order value (whichever is lower)  

6. Governing Law  
6.1 Egyptian law governs these Terms.  
6.2 Disputes must first contact support@Tabaldeena.com before legal action.  

7. Amendments  
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
