1. Eligibility  
1.1 Full Refunds:  
- Wrong/damaged items  
- Not as described  
- Delivery delays >7 days (our fault)  
1.2 Partial Refunds:  
- Changed mind (15-day window)  
- Missing accessories deducted  

2. Non-Refundable Items:  
- Underwear, cosmetics  
- Digital products  
- Used consumables  

3. Process:  
3.1 Contact info@Tabaldeena.com with:  
- Order number  
- Photos of issue  
3.2 Timeline:  
- Wallet refunds: Instant after approval  
- Card refunds: 5-30 business days  

4. Exceptions:  
- No refunds after 30 days of delivery  
- Original packaging required for electronics
